ICON has envisaged a Business Model that would be a boon to all Technical Education Institutes
Icon would provide strategic and technical support to ITI being run under PPP mode/ Trust ownership by developing it into Technical Resource Centre – “Centre Of Excellence”
ICON will manage the Technical Resource Centre under Operation & Management system for NCVT- MES short term courses as per industries requirement in Industries in surrounding area of Gujarat. ICON would liaison with industries to know their requirements, mould students as per industrial standards, by expert faculty.
To achieve the CSR activity Goals of the Management of the Institute, Icon will be procuring the prospective trainees from youths of nearby villages. It gives better employment opportunity to unemployed villagers to find a right job with respective industries.
This helps both Society and Institute. By this Institute would operate at its optimum level and earn more revenue by developing new courses and building its brand image as well Goodwill for the Management.
