Training Methodology

The training is provided through the use of intensive interactive sessions with role-play, case studies, brainstorming, simulations, lectures and by using many other conventional techniques. Trainers share their personal experiences which gives a good exposure and practical knowledge to the trainees.  

The time duration decided on the basis of client’s requirement and Training need analysis. The program depends on the trainees understanding and time duration may vary according to the level of understanding. The training is undertaken with the use of conventional techniques and equipments like LCD screens, projectors, and cameras. Trainings are also conducted in-house in the corporate. ICON also involved in following up with the participant or clients to identify the outcome of the training activities.
